Postcards: Clearwater Beach

The rising sun. Here we are staying at a two-bedroom condo in Clearwater Beach. The living room windows look over the GOM. This view is outside the front door. We are surrounded by water on a thin stretch of ground called Sand Key. It runs all the way to St. Petersburg. The waves break left, break left, break away.

Roger Gilroy lives quietly on a tourist beach. Alone except for two cats a dog a daughter and wife. He has sold his photographs and is turning to poetry.
